Here is my mini challenge from Today  Dec. 23rd to Jan 3rd:


To keep my training of 6days x week without any change and to keep my weight of 165lbs these holydays because the 6th of January I have another 10k race.

Wish me luck.


My plan:

Training from Monday to Saturday, keep going to swimming classes and keep eating healty food.

Lamentablemente no tengo mucho tiempo para poner novedades, pero de vez en cuando voy a subir mas.


Sigo entrenando, aprendí a nadar, me mantengo comiendo sano y la carrera de san fernando quede 6to en mi categoria!.

Obvio si me voy a sumar!.
