Mini Challenge:

  1. Gym every other day STR/STAM 5pt
  2. Become able to do a pullup- get footage for the ladies pull-up thread - upper arm strength has never been plentiful for me. DEX/CHA 5pts
  3. after Christmas day is done, full on paleo - food vacay is OVER. Whole 30 need not become undone CON/WIS 5pts

potential 15 points.

  • Jan 3

 

I know it's not a "Lose 5 lbs" goal but it's to get my butt in gear on the buttkicking side of weight loss now that I have grasped Diet-ygas's true form.

Dec 24th Workout - short but sweet due to "lady problems". Great timing, uterus. Great timing.

 

  • 15 minutes on elliptical. like I said, a bit short. The buttons were stupid. Not sure adjustments I told it were made. #pieceofshitprecor

workouts look good. I never remember to start doing lunges although I really should.

Missed my Dec 30 because of hangover and dec 28 was unlisted on purpose, I knew I'd get really sore, and I was. Like clinging to the stair rail because my legs hurt to go up and down the stairs kind of sore. I don't have a lot of time between errands today to go but I will get a yoga DVD in before I get ready to go out for new years tonight then resume schedule Jan 1. Just an update.
