I've been exercising everyday, and I cut down the amount of food I eat, as well as WHAT I eat. The first couple of days, I felt good. REAL good. Now? I feel terrible. We're not just talking muscle aches (lord knows I have those), we're talking an all around terrible mood, and general exhaustion. Not to mention headaches, and congestion. I mean, yesterday afternoon, I actually started crying over the heat. Not normal. I already ruled out caffeine withdrawals, because I wasn't really drinking that much caffeine to begin with.
