Vilkacis Posted December 27, 2013 Report Share Posted December 27, 2013 I've been predominantly doing body weight thru the last challenge, but I love weights, and have decided over the holidays to throw some around, get a feel for what I can do again. I'll be doing this with my buddy AshPS, who I know will support and shove me back to the front if I start to slip! The plan is for a three day a week workout, full body routine.
