First Day, First Post, First Challenge!

Following in the footsteps of my buddy Anivair, here are my goals for the next 28 days:

(I hope I am doing this right)

I'll be Druid. I'm a new mum to a 6 month old, so pushing the baby's pram is much easier than trying to Thai box him. ;)

My goals for the 28 days:

Walk at least 1 mile every day.

Work much much harder on my Paleo (I like to cheat).

Do at least 15 minutes of yoga/meditation a day.

Congratulations! I think your goals sound quite do-able. I know with a little baby around, your "me" time is very valuable, so it's good to set goals that you can check off as "DONE!".
