Hi, Tod! Somehow I missed your thread until now.

How's the week going?

I'm impressed with your goals and love the declutter challenge. It's something I have been actively working on over the last year (baby steps) and every time I make a piece of real progress I notice how much better my life and attitude are overall.

Sleep is important!

Good cuz I just got sixteen hours more of it, lol. I am having trouble getting to sleep in between my work shifts so I guess I'm making up for it now.

Like I said above I've spent most of this week recovering and sleeping, but I go beck to work tomorrow.

Not bad. This is the first challenge I've been able to keep up with, and its my third one. I'm counting very small things as my study, exercise, meditate, but I wanted to focus on doing something as opposed to nothing.

The work schedule was really wiping me out but I think I'm becoming acclimated lately (he says halfway through his first shift out of three lol)

With that in mind next my next challenge needs to step up a little, probably specific exercise goals, including lots of yoga, will be my focus.

Alright well I know I didn't mention this earlier but I was planning on taking the first part of this week off for a ten year anniversary with my fiance. We did a ton of walking, the whole vacation was a long meditation, I just didn't study much =p

What I didn't plan was taking the rest of the week off. Which I'm going to do because I picked up sixteen extra hours at work. Rather than stress about my tracker I'll just rest assured I'm still keeping up the habits I was trying to build before, and start taking again next week.
