Powerlifting Ranger

I just posted my intro thread over in the welcome section. I hope this community is something I can dive into, getting a lot and giving anything I can. We'll see what happens. =)

 

Now, however, I'm going to head downstairs to lift.

Alright, it took me a lot longer to get downstairs than I intended. =) But, I did get down there and I did grit my teeth and get through a two hour long workout in a basement that's not heated or finished while it was 15 degrees farenheit outside. I was in a long sleeve t-shirt, shorts, and socks (I always lift barefoot) so it was a little cold, haha.

There was lots of warmup and a little fuddling around thinking about the new exercises in 'Workout B' (this being A). And I guess I started at 2:20am, so I should pretend like that makes a difference.
 
Anyway, all 5x5:
Squat@185
Row@115
Bench@135
Bird Dog@20 seconds each side
Hamstring Curl@70lbs
 
Friday will be my first time with new Workout B. Then rinse and repeat six times and see how it feels at the end of January. B also has two core/posterior chain auxilary exercises, the idea being I'm not going to deadlift for at least a month in an attempt to strengthen everything around the lift that always hurts me.

I decided this thread is just going to be redundant information until I'm posting a workout outside the context of a challenge... Which I don't see happening any time soon... Yeah. Haha.
