Basically, follow my training plan for the Semi du Cep half marathon on 9 March.

 

Complete Whole42.  Photo document all food eaten.  No logging.

 

Handstand work every day, including inverted posture work during Monday yoga.

 

Complete mini body weight workouts M-F and Sun.

 

Wear more black.

 

No stats.  No badass points.  I'm on a mission to unlock prestige class: ninja.  A hybrid scout/assassin with sensory skills and strong genjutsu.

 

Whole42 Meal Plan:

 
week 1 
brekkie: bacocauli omelette, coffee w/ coconut, green beans
lunch 1: tuna salad pepper cups, avocado, brussels
lunch 2: mexican meatza cakes, raddicchio, zucchini
supper 1: choco chili n fixins
supper 2: brats, sauerkrat, sauteed shrooms n leeks
PWO: beet salad, boiled eggs
 
week 2
brekkie: ham egg cups, coffee w/ coconut, sauteed zucchini
lunch 1: spicy almond baked sole, bacon brussels sprouts, 
lunch 2: pulled pork salad w/ avocado and vegg
supper 1: beef and eggplant bake, green beans
supper 2: sambal roasted chicken, ghee soaked cabbage
PWO: pikant sardines
 
week 3
brekkie: brekkie meatloaf cups, scrambled eggs w/ peppers, coffee w/ coconut
lunch 1: sardines, mashed cauli, green beans
lunch 2: chicken stirfry lettuce wraps w/ cashews, green beans
supper 1: shredded asian chicken cabbage bowl w/ avocado
supper 2: bacon, mushroom, and beef chili, sauteed zucchini
PWO: cashews
 
Repeat for weeks 4-6

Do you have an idea what the "mini body weight workouts" will look like? Are you using a NerdFitness guide thingy? Just curious... you are missed!!!

My mini bodyweight workouts will be pretty puny.  Really just to get me in the habit of moving more and because lately I just seem to HATE bw workouts, so I want to build that habit (and maybe love?) back up.  It will literally be like "wake up and do 10 push ups, 10 squats or lunges, some planks."

Teri from NFA here! Good luck with the Whole42. I'm impressed you can follow a plan like that. Even when I follow a plan I deviate a little subbing a different kind of protein, etc. here and there! I'm horrible about logging food and just as bad a taking pics of it. It's usually 3/4 gone when I realize I forgot to take a pic. LOL!

I'm an obsessive planner.  It's a blessing and a curse.  I cannot be trusted to eat on the fly, or I eat everything and then go buy more and eat that too.  More than logging my food or anything else, I have the most success when I plan my meals out.  Usually I only do it in 3 week installments, but the repeat of that works perfectly for my whole42.  It's even more important for me now that I do my big weekly grocery order online and have it delivered, so I only have to walk to the store a couple times during the week to get the filler produce.  It also helps me stay within my budget, which is super important right now since Erik isn't working yet.  And I only really have local, seasonal produce available to me, so I have tried to get my vegg as diverse as I can considering what is available.  No kale or spaghetti squashes here :/

But every good plan should have it's flexibility.  So any changes will be logged here!  Food, training, or otherwise.  I'm actually really excited for my whole42 though!

Also, just to clarify...I'm not eating two lunches and two suppers a day.  They are rotated during each week so I am eating 3 meals + pwo, but different lunches and suppers every other day.
