So far so good. I have not missed a work out yet. I have been really discouraged with running around hotels. My flight got cancelled today so it was a huge mess!!! In a random hotel now. Anyways, I went to the grocery store and stocked up on paleo food so I'm going to survive haha

I cannot wait to go home to my gym and kitchen (and doggie!).

Still haven't missed any exercises. I went rock climbing yesterday. I haven't been for ~2 months since I sprained my wrist. It's finally gone, and I was worried I'd be weak but I did fine! It was awesome.

I have a loooot of sore muscles and a good number of blisters on my heel, ankles, and now fingers haha I did not pack good walking shoes for this trip and now I'm paying for it. It is hard to not get discouraged when just about everything hurts. I need to research DOMS advice (Massage? Stretch? Hot shower? Diet habits?).

Also, how are you at level 1 on day 2 of the challenge?

 

Not trying to be mean, just confused. Either way, good luck on all the workouts, you seem confident and focused.

Haha it only looks big because I have to split it into during interviews (hotel versions) and when I go back home.

Thank you! I was looking for this and finally found it. All fixed up. I know I have too many goals, but I really have to have the hotel and home ones split up since my equipment and situation are completely different. Also, if I don't make the hotel ones special I will probably be lazy and not do anything.

Okay, that makes more sense. Must just have been the way it was written. As long as you're not trying to do 11 things at once you should be okay.

 

I find that I've got my 3 Mini Quests and 1 Life Quest, but I've also got several other things that are in my head as unofficial bonus points. I just make sure that the ones I'm reporting here are the non-negotiable goals to focus on, even if it's at the expense of my other unofficial ones.

Hmm the iphone 7 min apps are all bodyweight strength work outs. That's kind of what I'm doing with the Women's Academy.

I will keep you posted! I plan to do cycling and yoga today (off day).

mmm, dont have my tabby with me, but yeah, its pretty much similar.

cardio with body weight training. 

Oh! Sorry, just occurred to me, should have said it in the first post - 

I usually throw in full sun salutations for my rest periods during my kb training ( the full a - j point one) that stretches ALL ya muscles, maybe give it a go?

It's my birthday! And I am rockin' it. Finished exercise for today. Today's yoga video was mostly downward facing dog = breathless and poor form by the end... Definitely something to work on. I need to find some kind of progression (couch to downward facing dog idea haha).
