Thyroid issues (hypo & hyper)

I have a low thyroid (hypothyroidism). I was hoping I could find some others that have the same issue, or even hyperthyroidism to learn about how others deal with fluctuating energy levels and/or hormone changes.


How have you changed to stay healthy and what is the hardest part about dealing with your health problems?

I also have hypothyroidism. I've jus started my fitness journey.. So all I can say that because of low activity of my thyroid I seem to gain weight faster than a person of my age with normal thyroid activity.

I still hope to get results with healthy eating and excercise.

How bad is your hypothyroidism?
