But, I find it interesting that you are videoing one set per day. Are you videoing one set per exercise per day? I do 5/3/1. One major movement per day. So today was deadlift day...boom. Deadlift video's on my thread. I don't see the point in video'ing assistance lifts, and sometimes skip bench / ohp. I usually have room to setup for deadlift and squats though, so they get a video. If I was doing something that had multiple movements per day [say 5x5, starting strength, etc], I'd strive for 1 video of each movement each week. I'm probably a bit over-zealous on the video thing, but I like seeing progress and form improvements [or degradation]. Link to comment

Video'd mah Back squats...saw I was leaning a bit too forward. It actually looked way nicer than it felt. Which....I guess is good?? Video'd mah bench press too. I just don't post because....well embarrassing. Really, there's so much I KNOW I need to work on that I'll exhaust that FIRST. Then I will post to Form Check thread to get additional help. Really what I need right now is a spotter. I don't feel like I can get any further with 5X5 with some movements (mainly bench) w/o someone to help a bit on the last rep. Because....we've all done that embarrassing roll-down-your-tummy-until-you-can-get-out-from-under-the-bar miss. (That was totes me at the gym the other day.... ) Dean "fucking awesome" Winchester. Your Welcome. I forgot where I was: LAST WEEK I think I left off on Wednesday? Iono. I worked or something. Look, I've slept since then so I can't really remember anything in any order. THURSDAY: Gym: Something about walking lunges, sit-ups, and modified dips. Don't remember...it was like 3-4 rounds of somethingorother. I do remember I got bored and texted Ikt721 to see if he wanted to run in the park again. (sucker) We went 6.5 Miles. It was a GORGEOUS day! TKD: Did 10X 1 min rounds of boxing w/ 1 min rest in between. Followed up with 650 kicks (325 each leg) FRIDAY: Gym Rowed 5k: It felt pretty good. Stayed steady most of the time. Heavy Lifts: BACK SQUAT 5X5 @ 125 BENCH PRESS 2X5 @ 85, 3X5 @ 80 DEADLIFT 3X5@ 150 I threw in some snatch progressions and called it a day SATURDAY: Free Crossfit Saturday. Whoop. WOD: (partners) 200 Push Press, EMOM 100m runboth partners run, the partner not PPing holds a plank (ha...PPing.....) Did Rx which was 65# PP My shoulders were on fire. My partner and I were pretty well matched up, but I still think she did a little more than I. I think I did about 90 of them and she did the other 110. Damn. I hate that. There was a cut off time of 20 min. We finished in 19:55. Cuz we are procrastinators like that. TKD: Went to DoJung for advanced class. Cranked out some patterns for ~1.5 hours. Much sweat. Felt good. SUNDAY: Rest day, work MONDAY Gym: Run 2 miles on treadmil 4 rounds of: 10 inch worms with squats20 push-up rows (15# DBs, knee push-ups)25 Bosu sit-ups10 bosu sit-ups to full standing postion20 OHS w/ 22# body bar (my snatch progression of the day) Then had to work. Every once in a while the king of all gym bros shows up while I'm lifting. He's got lifting gloves, bleach blonde spiked hair, and he gets way too excited about doing curls.
