I'm already a few days late so I'll just give the quick concise version of my goals and come back later with a more detailed version and my grading.

Main Goal lose 10 lbs

Fitness Quest

Eat 2 healthy meals a day.

Walk for at least 20 minutes a day

Drink no more than 3 soda's a day.

Side Life Quest

Write everyday. I love to write so I want to write everyday whether it's short stories,poetry, or just journaling I don't care, I just want to get in the habit of sitting down every day and writing.
