then I am totally down for it!!!

assuming this stupid foot injury allows me to squat and deadlift... walking this week has been difficult enough... sigh

and I just made 90# for my bench so I feel all awesome and everything :)

and this is a regular thing right? so I can keep getting more awesome and then actually maybe win eventually :)

although I will beat myself every time ;)

I'm in.  My weight is a bit high at the moment, so maybe I'll do a little cutting for the next week.  See if I can get a more respectable Wilks.

Oh, right, this is where I make the spreadsheet.

Gimme til tonight.

I didn't actually ask Seth to make the spreadsheet, I just put it in the original post that it was his responsibility to see how long before he noticed.

I didn't see it under the list of approved equipment, so I'm assuming the answer is no, but wrist straps are not allowed, correct?

Deadlift double overhand (DOH) for as long as you can when you deadlift, only then should you switch to alternate, i've managed to DOH 87% of my 1RM doing this, i'd be surprised if most people (due to a lack of willingness to put up with lower weights and making the whole thing harder) could do 70% (FYI not egotistical just what i've experienced)
