nordentipwel
Hi everyone at Nerd Fitness. My name is Jeff. I'm a Norse (Canadian, and it's COLD here on winter, haha).I found this awesome stuff 2 weeks ago and I just found all this "real life roll playing stuff" so I'll setup my 1st challenge here.I've already started it 2 weeks ago without knowing so I'll write the goals and stuff that I wrote on a piece of paper at home ! MAIN QUEST My ultimate quest is to be at 10-12% body fat. I'm currently at something like 20-21% I think. My main quest for this next 6 weeks is pretty simple and hard at the same time. Drop to bellow 175. I'm currently at 190. DONE, on February 3rd !! (at 174.3) GOALS (3 weeks DONE, Level 1 stats attribution)(6 weeks DONE, Level 2 bonus stats attribution) - Go 95% Paleo (By 95% I mean, putting some milk here and there for example)A - (3 STA) - I ate Paleo since day one of this training .+1 STA - I'm still eating at like 95ish% Paleo - Do Bodyweight Workout Level 1 every 2 days- Do Bodyweight Workout Level 2 every 2 daysA - (3 STR) - I'm doing a pimped Level 2 instead of level 1+1 STR - I'm doing way more stuff than Level 2 workout now- Do 20 minutes of exercise on each other daysA - (2 STA) - Doing this every other days by running around my place, playing just dance, etc.+1 STA, still doing this every other days, mixing up with chin ups too- Drink water when I feel I'm hungry instead of eating *crap*A - (2 WIS) - I'm only eating between 12 and 20 everyday. I've also only drink water and don't eat between meal.+1 WIS - That's still the case SIDE QUESTS - Go to bed between 22-23 every week days(Going to bet between 22:30 and 23:30 cause I've so much stuff to do...)(Haven't went to bed after 23:00 for the last 3 weeks)- Get up at 6-7 every week days(Doing this every week morning)(Still doing this, except for 1 time, my alarm wasn't ON ! )- Only go to restaurant 1 meal/week (I went to restaurant EVERY DAY for the last 8 years or so. So much restaurant around work)(That's what I'm doing too)(I sliped 1 time last week !) MOTIVATIONS - THIS GUY : This guy I don't know why, but that was a revelation and that's why I took Nerd Fitness to start leveling my life.- Me in the mirror, I want to like what I see and this is not the case right now- "Waldo" --------------------------- A little bit more about myself: I'm 28I'm a French CanadianI work at Ubisoft as a Team Lead Level DesignerI'm a TOTAL Geek and an old video game collectorI dance TangoI want to be fit 2 Level 3 Norse AdventurerSTR 11 | DEX 0 | STA 10 | CON 0 | WIS 3 | CHA 0 Challenges: #3 #2 #1 My Fitbit: FitbitMy Group: RPG Fanatics"Life is a Tango, if you slip away, just continue dancing" Link to comment

If you ever need any pointers on how to become a REAL Norseman, feel free to ask, but I think it would require you to move to a different part of the world.. #3 - #4 - #5 - #6 - #7 - currentJuggling PvP, Squat PvP, HOoRAY Link to comment

Kan
I figure that. Can't talk from experience since I actually went the opposite route. But yeah, makes sense scientifically. Now bear in mind that some of that fat may get converted to muscle, and muscle is heavier. So it's kindof inaccurate to go by just weight. Although you never said you were only going to weigh yourself XD °~° °¬° Link to comment
nordentipwel
Nah, I don't really "care" about weight since, yeah, at some point it will go up again because of the muscle. My aim is really on body fat ! Sukiyo151
That's how I'm planning to do it too. My weight went up, but I look more muscular (which is good). 1 Level 3 (Adventurer 2/Warrior 1) 8.5 STR | 2.0 DEX | 6.0 STA | 6.5 CON | 3.0 WIS | 3.0 CHAChallenge: 1 2Weightlifting log Link to comment
Urzie
Paleo, or simply cutting grain and sugar, is a great way to lose fat. It totally gets the job done and it keeps you energized. 1 #3 - #4 - #5 - #6 - #7 - currentJuggling PvP, Squat PvP, HOoRAY Link to comment

nordentipwel
So after two weeks of training (as I said I've started this before joining the forum), bodyweight level 1 seems to "short" so I'll switch to level 2 tomorrow instead.I'll see if it's better I measured myself yesterday too. And I was super happy to see that I've lost 1 inch of waist. One inch in 2 weeks, that's pretty awesome ! (But I know, that's the easy part ) Level 3 Norse AdventurerSTR 11 | DEX 0 | STA 10 | CON 0 | WIS 3 | CHA 0 Challenges: #3 #2 #1 My Fitbit: FitbitMy Group: RPG Fanatics"Life is a Tango, if you slip away, just continue dancing" Link to comment
Urzie
Great progress! 1 inch in 2 weeks is pretty damn good. Now you just have to stick with it! Remember this feeling for the rough days. Good luck with the level 2 workout! #3 - #4 - #5 - #6 - #7 - currentJuggling PvP, Squat PvP, HOoRAY Link to comment
Kan
Having the BBWW seem short is a nice accomplishment too. I'm still not sure I could do all the circuits without any trouble. Maybe I should try it today. Umm oh yeah, good work XD °~° °¬° Link to comment
nordentipwel
Thank you both I just thought that doing Bodyweight workout 1 was not long enough, I could have done more round though. But I'll try #2 tonight anyway. It's like I'm with my level 5 guy in a game and going in a level 8 zone. It'll be probably hard, but if I survive, it'll be worth the pain and I'll get more experience per monster Level 3 Norse AdventurerSTR 11 | DEX 0 | STA 10 | CON 0 | WIS 3 | CHA 0 Challenges: #3 #2 #1 My Fitbit: FitbitMy Group: RPG Fanatics"Life is a Tango, if you slip away, just continue dancing" Link to comment
