dimech - get it done

This is beautiful organisation. I wish I could be this structured. Although, the last few days I have been planning and pre making my breakfasts, as this was usually my biggest fail, where I would run out of time in the morning and run out the door with nothing to take to work (I eat at work).

mini crustless quiches.  Make them in a muffin tray. You can microwave them in about 30 seconds to reheat them and they turn out great.  Also when you do your shopping, get things for trail mix and portion it all out in ziploc bags, so you can grab a bag and go.

WEEK 3 UPDATE

3rd - 9th Feb

3/3 BBWW (21 squats, 25 sec plank, 7 push ups, 3 knee push ups)

2/2 Runs (4.3, 4.5 miles)

7/7 Daily healthy meal.

+ BONUS HIIT RUN!!!

I had a reeeaalllly good week!! Upped my work out a little and also got a pull up bar, so added 5 (x3) negative pull ups to one of my BBWW.

One of my runs was terrible and icy, so I was really happy to have actually completed it. I also did my first ever HIIT run!

My meals have taken SUCH a healthy turn around this week. Yay!

So jealous of the pull up bar. That's something I'm not sure how I'm going to get set up in our house.

Congratulations on the two runs this week, I hit some weather myself this week. Though mine was not as intense as yours!

Still trying to figure out how the RunKeeper friends works. I'm hoping sometime next challenge I can start "racing" people on there. One more week,,

Sorry to hear about your last week. It looks like you still ate healthy and got some BBWW in, so it's not a total loss.

How're you going to use this to push yourself into the next challenge?

If you're not failing a little bit, then your goals were too easy. You can't make progress by sticking to what you know you can do!

True dat!!
All in all, I feel like I’ve started some good habits. I am eating healthier than before and when I’m back in SK I’m going to cut my carbs and try a paleo-ish type diet.

I can definitely see a difference in my body, I’m starting to get tiny muscles, haha. But unfortunately they’re hidden behind a little bit of a layer of fat, so I think my next challenge will be more diet based.

Things are moving toward the positive, so I’m looking forward improving in the next challenge! Although it looks like it starts whilst I’m still in the UK, which is going to be a pain!

No!! I'm a week late and I have no idea what guild to be in!

I'm doing bodyweight plus running too, and I've gone for the Adventurers this challenge. It's a good place with great support for beginners. People may gravitate to the other guilds for later challenges. The minis are easier than the other guild's (I think), so it's less easy to become overwhelmed.

Another choice for run/strength mix is the Rangers.
