After baby starting again as a newbie and slow even though Im not new

I'm a runner (even though I am not built like one). I'm a active person. I'm struggling right now because I am those things. Not doing my active things is a bit depressing.  First we were afraid to lose baby so I cut out a lot of activity. Then when baby came my hips separated ( he was BIG). Causing pain and instability so I can't run. i'm afraid I will never run again. I coach my other daughters soccer and I am afraid I will have to quit that.

I'm ready to help my body go.

I'm sorry to hear about your condition. But don't give up and find an activity that you can do and enjoy, and stick to that!

 

Congratulations on the baby boy, even if it was a difficult birth! (I'm assuming it was a boy? you said "he")
