Day #1 towards climbing the Cliffs of Insanity!

Hello Rebellion!

 

I've been following Nerd Fitness for years, but I finally decided to become an active member of the rebellion instead of just a loyal reader. And what better inspiration than the Dread Pirate Roberts from the Princess Bride? He's a smart, strong, and skilled world traveler who hasn't lost his compassion or humanity :)

 

Plus anyone who can scale the Cliffs of Insanity gets bonus points in my books!

Right now I am working hard on body weight strength training, but in the future I want to branch out into boxing, sprints and rock climbing! For now though I need to focus on what I can do easily without equipment as I'm living abroad (currently I'm in Africa) and always on the move. 

 

Would love to meet more Rebels doing similar workouts and especially those that are achieving their results while travelling!
