Weekend gym was unavailable, again.  I went ahead and began my squat deload rather than waiting for Tuesday.   I'll work the weight back up over the next couple of weeks. 

     I normally do weighted chins.  It's been a few weeks since I did sets of bodyweight chins, so I tossed in as many sets as it took to get 50+ reps at BW to see where I'm at with them.
