I was tired, but not nearly as bad as last Friday.And I did 9 reps of 100lbs for my last bench press set tonight, woohoo! Not a surprise as I was going to get there eventually, I just reached it sooner than I thought I was going to which is before the end of my first challenge. My form wasn't that great, I need to be able to take it down farther, but my first set of upping the weight is always a bit shoddy. My form improves the longer I keep at a certain weight. I did 3 sets of 100lbs for my bench press. My form was better than it was on Friday. Seems like I should have added more weight in 4 months?
