Before last challenge I would sleep 3-5 hours a night and that's it. Went to the gym and did dead lifts then left as it was really crowded planning to come back later that night, poor choice BTW. On the plus side I did a deadlift with 185 lbs. Got in a weightlifting set and it turns out that will be my last one for awhile. I bruised a muscle in my lower abdomen, doctor says its not a hernia but that I can't do anything that would tense my abdominal muscles for 1-2 weeks. Thus for my Muscle Bound I will count each 20 minutes of walking until I am healed. Good food choices today as well, dinner was spinach and bacon wraps which were amazing. Went to the gym and did 40 min at 3.3 mph. Terrible day for habbits however.
