Oh you misunderstand. 6 hours is more sleep than I normally get. Before last challenge I would sleep 3-5 hours a night and that's it. That said I was re-reading Cold Days and had a "damnit" moment around 1 in the morning when I decided I needed to turn in.

Ate 2,399 calories
I didn't do any of the carpal tunnel stretches. I've got to link them to a specific activity or they wont happen. I'm trying first thing in the morning and last thing at night tomorrow.

Also yesterday was Fat Tuesday and I ate 3 fasnachts. With that in mind I'm shocked my calories are below 3000.

What did you count them as calorie-wise? I highly doubt true PA Dutch-style fasnachts are anywhere below 200 calories each! Probably closer to about 400 each if I had to guess. They are fried dough after all!

3/5/2014 - Week 2, Day 3

Ate 2,186 calories. Got all of my Healthy Habits today so I'm pleased with that. Went to the gym and did dead lifts then left as it was really crowded planning to come back later that night, poor choice BTW. On the plus side I did a deadlift with 185 lbs.

Close enough. ;) When I searched for them, the consensus seemed to be about 485 each. Damn you, pastries! *shakes fist*

Most places I found online said between 200 and 400 calories so I split the difference.

3/6/2014 - Week 2, Day 4

 

Ate 3,549 calories. It was free pizza for dinner and a bad choice at lunch. Got in a weightlifting set and it turns out that will be my last one for awhile. I bruised a muscle in my lower abdomen, doctor says its not a hernia but that I can't do anything that would tense my abdominal muscles for 1-2 weeks. Thus for my Muscle Bound I will count each 20 minutes of walking until I am healed.

Excellent food day with 2,309 calories. Good food choices today as well, dinner was spinach and bacon wraps which were amazing. Went to the gym and did 40 min at 3.3 mph. Terrible day for habbits however.

Lost 0.2 lbs according to scale however I consider this a win since I think last week was alot of food weight loss. Also my body fat % seems to be slowly changing this week.
