I was feeling kind of burned out on Engineering the Alpha and debating whether or not I wanted to finish up the last week of the last phase in between challenges. I ended up feeling kind of under the weather on Sunday night, so I opted to skip Monday's workout in favor of cold medicine and 8 hours of sleep. Same routine Monday night. I've bounced back, but decided just to call the week a wash and catch up on sleep, so I've gotten 8 hours every night this week! My family is taking a mini-vacation starting tonight and going through Sunday morning, so I don't know if I'll get my next challenge write-up posted before Monday. I have my goals picked out and I've got a draft of my write-up in Google Docs, so I'll be ready to start bright and early Monday morning. I'm excited for the next 6 weeks, especially since the end of the challenge marks the beginning of summer!!
