First day of my third challenge, and I'm feeling pumped!  The next month should be interesting as I prepare both to apply for grad school and to go to Japan in the final week of the challenge.  My new challenge post can be found here.

 

For the record, my official starting weight this challenge is 146.5lbs., with a current mini-goal of 140lbs.
