I too, am enjoying it. 

 

It was weird, I had to stop and think for a second if it was when Oleg told me it was the most I'd ever pulled. Normally I'd be like FUCK YEA PR but I always think "Well, I can deadlift 90 so whatever." when it comes to clean pulls. I shouldn't do that because really... they're different movements. 

 

But hey, PR! :D

Weightlifting (kg) - This day showed me that volume work is pretty damn effective - the last time I tested my front squat max was in October, and I got up to 60kg then! I probably could have gone higher than 73 but there was more work to be done. :)
