I like how you keep track of you PR and high light it in red. Each time I read a post Im looking for that red.

I've been having a nice streak lately, hopefully I can keep improving technique in something other than cleans. <.<

Weightlifting (kg) - Unintentionally longer break between workouts than usual - the monday session I usually go to was rescheduled to 10am-12, and I didn’t find that out until.. 12 on monday.

 

Clean + jerk:

45 (1+1) - Technique PR, Jerks didn't start feeling hard-hard until this weight!

Cham...we need to get some red back in this thread... Nice job on the back squat though, have you ever tried (I'll admit, I've not dug through the Chamthread) a 20-1-20-1 session?

I have not, I don't do my own programming - I just follow what's on the board. What is it?

So what you do is you take your 2nd or 3rd highest 5RM and do a 20 Rep Backsquat, follow it with a single at about 90%, and then repeat the 20 and I, and decide if you need to increase the weight or not. 

Interesting. I'll try it on an off-day sometime. Though I'm not really sure what my back squat max is at this point.
