W2d4 (24/4)

1) no running, walked on my 2 breaks (3,2km) CHECK

2) blogilates CHECK

3) sleep, to bed around 10pm, slept 7h. Started reading again before bed. CHECK

4) played with my son and finally got to spend a lot of time with my boyfriend. And i finally go time to game! Played assassins creed 4 blac flag I borrowed from a collegue. I also have tales of xillia i borrowed from my nephew i want to start soon. Felt good lol CHECK

Assassins creed is alright. Gey improved in the visual and fluidity of the environment. The basic movements are almost the same but Edward moves a little diferently than the other caracters so its nice. I didt like that altair and connor moved alike, they are diffeeent persons.. And the dtory up to now is good as well. There is a lot of boat navigating.

Not sure i would have paid 60$ for ut though, but i borrowed it :) ill probably buy it when it gets cheaper.

1) no running, it was beautiful outside so we played as a family and i ate so much grains that say o felt super heavy. I did walk 30 min MISSED

2) blogilates CHECK

3) sleep: went to bed at 10 and slept 7h CHECK

4) mindfull: played with family outside and spent a good time with bf CHECK

feeling sick from a cold so decded to make this weekend 2 rest days, so no blogilates and probably no running either.

1) rest day CHECK

2) took a rest day CHECK

3) sleep went to bed at 11 and slept 8h CHECK

4) mindfull: played playdoh with son, watched Naruto and a new anime with bf (dot know the new ones name...) CHECK

Week 2 summary

1) ran 2/3 times 66%

2) did 6/7 blogilates days, 1 thing a day or more 86%

3) sleep 5/7 days at 10 pm 100%

4) mindfull with son and BF 7/7 100%

- Adventurers mini challege : + 1 sta (already added)

- Rpg fanatics challlenge : walked/ran more than 8.2 miles

- no personal side quest done this week.

Very good week overall, ended with a small cold, i needed the 2 rest days. I hope it wont rain monday so i can go for my run... It might be tough this one, with thecold still there. But i miss running and i want to check the w6d2 c25k run lol

Time to start going to bed at 9:45 !

Great job on week 2.  Sorry you got a cold .... ease back into running, but don't wait too long.  Walk if you have to.

Thanks everyone!

W3d1 (28/4)

1) ran c25k w6d2 for the second time. First time i coulnd run the seceond 10 min. But this time i nailed it! And it was super fun because my son was biking next to me. At the end of the first 10 min he wanted to race and made me sprint wich was great. He was tired at the end but we still got 3km in 38 min! I also walked 30min in my breaks, even jogges a little. Very happy, i love running :) CHECK

2) blogilates: almost didnt do it, than i checked the calendar and saw squats... So i did that when i put my son to bed CHECK

3) sleep... I was getting there, ready to sleep at 9:45.... Than i decided to play a couple minutes of AC4 and well we all know ehat happends. I consiously played ubtill 11. Slept only 6 hours and im feeling it. That was stupid, i still have a cold and should rest more, not less! Should have read in bed instead.... Ill be better next night. MISSED

4) minfull: played with my son, we ran together, played outside a little with his trucks, than spent good time while putting him to bed. On days we run he gets to bed later, i need to find a way to fix this. My bf was gone most of the night and i didnt see him much. I did listen with intetion to him when he told me about his day. Will spend some time with him tuesday i hope CHECK

SO, another good day. I also did bodyweight exercises for the rpg challenge that i posted there. Did them when my son was warching videos in his bed prior to sleep. He was looking at me funny haha

Yea!!!  Great job making use of "found time" while your son watched videos.  I've started doing strength training during commercial breaks --- THAT gets me funny looks!!!

Hi Edigo!

 It looks like your challenge is off to a great start :) I'm glad you're feeling better after having had a cold.... I saw you have been using C25K for one of your goals, and really smashing it by the looks of things! I've started an Accountabilibuddies group for C25K/Zombies 5K users here: C25K and Zombies, Run Champions! I'd love to have some experienced Rebels like you to encourage and inspire some of the L1's who have joined up so far. We'll hope to see you there :D

 

Good luck on the rest of your challenge! I'll try to pop in from time to time either way.

3) sleep MISSED (obviously... Im writing this eating chips and drinking smirnoff to relax after yoga class)

4) mindfull : soent some snuggle time with mumchkin this mornig. And some time with bf at night thoug we were each doing our thing... Hockey game CHECK

RPG CHALLEGE:

20 pushups comptoirs

10 half dips

10 lunges on each leg

Bleh today was sick day. Huge headake... Probably a migrane. Couldnt concentrate so i stayed home.

1) no running or walking MISSED

2) blogilates: did 50 calf raises CHECK

3) sleep : went to bed at 11 the night before and slep 6h MISSED

4) wasnt very mindfull of others.. MISSED

My lungs are bad as well, the cold is now in the lungs. Cross fingers it will be alright. Doing what i can to make it right.

Next day will be better. Dont know when i will be able to run it looks like it will rain everyday ... :(
