I never got off the ground...

This challenge was a total fail.

Deslok's 3rd Challenge

Main Quest - Lose an inch off my waist in 6 weeks

Being my 3rd challenge I hope to correct my previous errors. So this time I will be focused on inches rather then pounds. I have chosen to only lose 2" because I am not sure what losing 2" inches looks like. Adjusted to 1 inch.

Mission 1 - Do a bipedal activity three times a week

 
This activity can be walking, bike riding, or maybe even running.

Mission 2 - Continue to do BBWW three times a week

I've been really good about doing my workouts and just want to keep it going.

Mission 3 - Eat paleo at least six days a week

I enjoy food but I don't feel like paleo keeps me from eating tasty foods. This challenge I am being joined by my wife (so she says) and since she cooks the majority of the meals I think this is gonna be easy. And on the 7th day he ate out. Sometimes ya just gotta eat.

Life Quest - Knock my wife up

Not as easy as you would think, but it sure is a lot of fun.

Motivation 
I feel great, but I know I can feel better. There is a healthy fit guy inside me and I want to set him free.

Life Quest - Knock my wife up

Not as easy as your would think it would be but it sure if a lot of fun.

 

 

LOL. I so wasn't expecting this one. Great challenge goals, and you can combine the life quest with missions one and two for super efficiency! Good luck with your challenge, I'll be following your progress. 

I'm more than adequate. Leave Kanye out of this.

2 inches is quite a lot but good luck!

6x a week seems like a bit much for activity. If after 2 weeks you feel tired even with good sleep, you might want to dial back a tiny bit. If you feel fine after 2 weeks- then totally keep running with this.  Looks solid. 

 

I liked the life goal too :P

I currently work out 3 days a week and adding walking/bike riding is not really a heavy addition. I need to walk more because its a great way to meet my neighbors which, in my line of work, is very important and it gets me outside. Mostly I will be walking my dog around the neighborhood. Thank you for your feedback.

Ok, I was just making sure. Depends on the level of fitness on how taxing something like that can be.
