1. Quit Smoking: FAIL

I did manage to stints of seven consecutive days without a single puff, but both times I caved to social pressures and lit up again. I thought I had this, but I was wrong.

A friend of mine managed to quit smoking with one of these things. He used it as some kind of back-up plan. Whenever he was in public and felt the urge to lit a cigarette due to social pressure, he would just use his electronic cigarette. And after a few weeks, he was "clean" and didn't need it anymore. It's propably worth a try. :)
