Dreaded Challenge

Good job, man! One thing to keep in mind: running is not about building size. If you want to focus on getting bigger, you may want to consider dropping the running, or scaling it back some. You don't have to, obviously, but getting bigger is going to be really hard for you otherwise.

Just something to think about for next challenge, if you like.

Hey thx man! I'll definitely cut back on my running on the next challenge. But one question, should I run before training or after? Because I can actually finish my run before training but I can barely finish my run after my training. Is there some kind of magical time of when to do it? :D

Well, with the RRG, there are running days with workouts done after them. I'm honestly not an expert runner, but given the pattern that I work with, I'd say it's better to run before. You use the workout after like a cooldown, which keeps the muscles from locking and stiffening up afterward.

Honestly, I bet the Runner's Guild has some real experts who could answer this better. You'd probably get a better answer from them.
