shall I do an update? I think it's time!

 

I did not do a new thing last week.  And I may not get to this week.

 

Though I did buy a guitar, and I haven't played guitar since I was 16.  So does that count??

 

HOWEVER, I have been kicking butt at the cooking.

 

Tuesday I made bison sirloin tacos.  Didn't come out how I wanted, but they came out.

Wednesday I made this:

 

Tonight I made cajun chicken and zoodles.

 

And tomorrow I'm making a pulled beef for tacos. 

 

Relaxation is going okay. Need to get better.  But it's going.  

 

The big thing about this challenge is that my overall mindset on how to handle life is changing.  More on that later.  But lets just say for now that I'm happy. :)

Wow!! That's a lot of great cooking. Do you feel proud? (I do  :nevreness: )

 

Buying a guitar totally counts! I mean, did you ever buy a guitar before ?  :mushroom:

 

And yes, happy is good. Very good.

Full everything in the video, but in summary:

1)  Be more productive

2) One New thing a week

3) One New Meal a Week

4) One hour a day for myself / One day a week not working

Challenge Summary:

1) Yes, but roadblocks (like computer breaking).  B.

2) Yes. A

3) 2+ new meals a week. A

4) Yes. A

 

I'd write more, but, goal 1. :D

 

(seriously: I can write more later, but really: I went from a really stressed mental place to a really good mental place.  And that's all that matters :) )
