On at least two off days take a walk, or go for a jog.2 Continue integrating a Paleo style diet.(eat ALL the meats!) Should add less beer to this one. Preferably not the day before Sean's(my boyfriend's) friends come to stay over and make a mess of the apartment. 2 Wash dishes every night, even though I hate to. JosalinGoBoom
Thanks Loren. Figure I should add my reward in if I do good: Going to dye my hair blonde, or at least something more exciting then..well...brown. Good news is I've already cleaned around the house some today, and all the dishes are done. Of course, dinner is what usually makes the biggest mess. Next challenge, getting my boyfriend to stop being lazy so we can leave the house already. Wish me luck! || Google + || Facebook || Challenge 1 || Link to comment

One of mine likes to bite smokers; how cool is that?!That's pretty funny, but the fear of biting is what kind of keeps me at bay.Should I add bonding with TS(her name is The Snake, and yes I know, my boyfriend has an awesome imagination...) as one of my life goals? Helping me get over a fear and what not.Well, you do have an empty No. 4 goal .If you do add such a goal, don't worry about the biting too much. If you've never been bitten before, for most snakes of that size it's more annoying and shocking than it is painful. It's unlikely to go any further than a bunch of snake-jaw shaped red dots and minor discomfort for a day or so. Link to comment
JosalinGoBoom
The empty #4 goes with number 5. It's all the questionable things I do to "profit" or in this case "look like a damn fine lookin' woman" || Google + || Facebook || Challenge 1 || Link to comment
MrHyde
Yes, I know; 4 is the black-box step that leads to magical profit. It's just that you see that kind of arrangement in nonsensical money-making websites whereas here you actually have a reasonable set of goals, and thus need no magic step . Link to comment

JosalinGoBoom
So I dun me some learnin stuffs today. Apparently one should not follow an all protein breakfast(hardboiled egg and 3 pieces of bacon) with coffee(which has a scoop of whey protein in it.) I was super jittery. Pretty sure my thought process was "run to ALL the places!" Not a good thing when all your patients are old, lol. || Google + || Facebook || Challenge 1 || Link to comment
Kain
Are you sure it was the protein? I can eat almost a pound of chicken for lunch and never get those, and I never have caffeine. Time to climb. Link to comment
JosalinGoBoom
I have coffee every morning, and hardly ever have that much protein. It was my first time having any whey protein. I forgot to mention, I'll never buy the gnc brand again, it tastes awful. || Google + || Facebook || Challenge 1 || Link to comment

Well, today I got to 3 times, and we're talking 3flights up, and then 3 more back down, so that was a nice treat. || Google + || Facebook || Challenge 1 || Link to comment
Kain
It is amazing how small changes can transform you. Stairs are awesome and worth traveling when possible (which should be a lot). Edit: Had to add something at the end to fill in the parenthesis. Time to climb. Link to comment

WHY? Because putting myself through the shredder at this point in the game would only cause me to give up hope, which I do not want. My diet was okay, did pretty good the last two weeks, and I've been craving more real food. In fact, my cravings for things I used to love are down to a minimal. Maybe a piece of dark chocolate here or there, but nothing like it was. Work outs were kind of screwed the past three weeks. First I ended up drinking a little heavier(a LOT heavier) then planned while wearing my vibrams. This ended with me getting some form of Turf toe, or tendonitis or some such thing. First week I could hardly walk without limping, second week I still could not bend my toe without pain, which meant things like stairs were better off avoided. Did not get a lot of working out at that point. Last thursday, at about 2am, my grandmother fell. She ended up fracturing her hip. She got surgery on Friday, and she is currently still in the hospital. As the person in the family who works in the hospital, I have been going in to work early and staying late to see her, and try and catch the doctor. I lost one grandmother to a fall in January, so my family and I are all very worried about her. So, send your best wishes, thoughts, juju, what have you, her way. She could certainly use it right about now. BUT I am not giving up! In fact, I just got an application for the local Volunteer Fire Department, which I shall be turning in tomorrow as a step towards leveling up my life. There is no true way to put everything that has or has not happened over the past 6 weeks in here. Needless to say it has been a hectic time in my life, but I am happier for the experience, and I will never give up. || Google + || Facebook || Challenge 1 || Link to comment

Better, I hope. Sending good thoughts! The Snake is so pretty. I adore snakes, though I've never had one as a pet. Have you bonded more with her at all?And do you have a thread for the current challenge? I'd like to keep up with it. JosalinGoBoom
Unfortunately I am not doing a challenge this time around. My grandmother, who seemed to be doing okay, passed away on sunday. To put it mildly, life has been thrown into chaos. I'll hopefully be doing the summer 2012 challenge instead, and I should be posting in there. Thanks for the support. And yes, I did spend some time with The Snake too. She hung out on the couch with me, and we got along quite well(even though she kept trying to explore the insides of the couch.) || Google + || Facebook || Challenge 1 || Link to comment
