Siha
Do you know if there are going to be group goals/challenges or just goals we set ourselves for ourselves? And the Paleo chili sounds good. If you find any good recipes, you should post them. I have no clue about the challenges. It seems a lot like the runners are all moving at their own pace (no pun intended) and all working toward different goals, so I made my own to keep myself motivated. We could definitely talk about it on the squad page, though. I'm sure there are squad challenges we could all make, but with some of us just wanting to move, and some of us training for 5 or 10k, or full marathons, I don't know what is sufficiently challenging/appropriate.And recipes will 100% get posted up on here. No worries there! I am a massive food geek and love sharing food! Link to comment

Siha
Good time for me, seeing as I haven't ran in over 2 years. Second run I didn't account for the fact that my body wasn't used to running and hence staged a revolt 1.5 miles in. I just need to pace myself better. And also not choose runs on a steady incline. That too. Link to comment

What's the current progress on the saving plan?As soon as my husband returns from his conference, we're going to go open a joint savings account. I can then transfer money into it every pay cycle online. BarefootDawsy
Good call on the separate savings account, having your savings removed from your day-to-day account will make all the difference - my wife and I saved up a deposit for our flat this way, and we used to suck at saving! Robzilla1983
http://cfscceat.blogspot.com/2011/03/apple-and-onion-stuffed-pork-chops.html BAM! New recipe Have to admit, I stole this one from Spezzy, but it is awesome. It's actually making me like pork chops as a whole. I fed this to our friends the first time I made it, and realized later in the evening that we all had a full on paleo supper without even realizing (we had a spinach salad with it). Link to comment
