Slavic challenge I

Using workout logs from 14th onwards to give an idea of progress. Hadn't considered the challenge until I joined, so the first week's a bit iffy.

 

First, these are my current weights and goals. It WAS  a 6-week plan, but I'm trying to work it into the remaining 5 instead.

 

Physical goals:

 

5weeks
+7.5kg squat, deadlift (10kg for A)
+5kg all else (7.5 for A)

w1:
1: bench, bicep, squat (rows)
2: backpress, shrugs, deadlift (rows)
3: bench, bicep, squat (rows) (for A)
+1.5-2
+1-1.5

w2:
1: backpress, shrugs, deadlift (rows)
2: bench, bicep, squat (rows)
3: backpress, shrugs, deadlift (rows) (for A)

w3:
1: bench, bicep, squat (rows)
2: backpress, shrugs, deadlift (rows)
3: bench, bicep, squat (rows) (for A)

w4:
1: backpress, shrugs, deadlift (rows)

Current:
Deadlift: 41 (5x2)
Squat: 36 (5x2)
Shrugs: 46 (3x5)
Bench: 25 (3x8)
Backpress: 21 (4x4)
Biceps: 16 (3x8)

Goal:
Deadlift: 48.5-51
Squat: 43.5-46
Shrugs: 51-53.5
Bench: 30-32.5
Backpress: 26-28.5
Biceps: 21-23.5

 

Others:

 

Start reading the highway code to prepare for bike tests and investigating CBT costs.

 

I also plan on getting back on top of my reading, getting in at least 250 pages a week and cutting back on the sugars in my diet a little (including fruits but not starches because fuck yeah potatoes).

 

Get the last vegetable patch in order and have some more beans as well as some pepper and tomato plants to plant out. If the bloody birds don't destroy them all again.

 

Write an absolute minimum of 5000 words a week. My writing's fell behind since I finished the first book and I cannot get complacent.

Nice training plan.  How are things going??

Some sort of Jedi .....

Nice training plan.  How are things going??

Annoyingly, things have fallen by the wayside this time around, due to hens and MadPict being ill. Will restart next challenge when the new coop is up and everything's running normally.
