I've been out almost a year, but I'm already back. Until the next challenge I'm posting here my food and my - little - exercise log. Next monday I'll update my sheet.

I already have a challenge thread, but i'll keep posting the long version of my food log here.

 

FOOD LOG

1 coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon + stir fried veggies (see below).

 

Lunch

1 aubergine stuffed (green pepper, onion, zucchini, olives).

 

Dinner

1 cup of kefir + 2 apricots + 1 egg + 20 g dark chocolate (85%).

Preparing to the next challenge.
 
Where I am
Height: 164 cm / 5 ft 5 in
Weight: 73,1 kg / 161,15 lbs
Body fat:
 
  • Whole30 to Primal
Whole30 finishes on 6/21 (started 5/23). After that date I can eat butter, oatmeal, milk and dairy if it feels good to me.
 
  • N25K (starts 5/30)
Simple. No missed workout: A. One or more missed workouts: FAIL. And I don't want to fail. 
 
  • MPhil Disertation
Make a plan. And stick to it 4 hours a day, 8 pomodoros, 6 days a week (Sunday to Friday). It starts on 5/20.
 
  • Life goal: reading Montaigne's Essays
I think a good target could be reading an essay per day and share here my impressions. Maybe tought writing about philosophy not in my mother language but it is the only way I commit to this goal.
 
 
What to do in the meantime
 
Planning.
 
Until 5/23 I have three health objectives: 
  1. Planning my meals during four weeks
  2. Track my food intake every day
  3. Stick to a primal diet before Whole30 (except for the Saturday dinner until Sunday lunch)
And three mind objectives:
  1. Planning the finish of my MPhil Disertation in two months
  2. Finish the first chapter during this week
  3. Restart the Montaigne's reading

I got a strep throat last Saturday. Last two days laying in bed and moaning in pain, hahaha. I'm better now. Tomorrow I will be reading for sure.

Quick update until going to bed. The week has been pretty well except for the Master. I only "cheated" drinking a coconut smoothie with milk because when l ordered I didn't know it was made with milk. The rest of the week, 100% Whole30. I also did my workouts and almost all of my readings. If I do the next weeks as this one, I'll be moving to the level 2 for the next challenge.

I failed two meals, but I'm still proud of my progress. Today's lunch was on my mother's house, so she cooked. I ate only a dish. I'll see how the next week is, but maybe 1) I do one more whole30 week, or 2) doing the next three weeks I feel good enough.
