You're aiming to get a full back lever in 6 weeks, or just improve on it? If the former, that seems bold, but maybe too ambitious. Then again, I've yet to start back lever work, so what do I know?

Either way, look forward to seeing how it goes :)

Rawr!  Dragons!  Epic challenge, as always.  Looking forward to your progress.

As an aside, I have a tattoo of a little green dragon.  I call him Theo.

dragons you say? very nice. Back lever you say? impressive. 6lbs of fat you say, well, now I'm just getting repetitive.

It will improve.  How far?  Dunno.  Never done it before.  We'll see in about six weeks. :D

Back lever buddy~! What kind of training time are you putting into the lever + your flag? Are you following progressions from somewhere or are you just winging it? (I crack myself up sometimes.)

I try to work skills like these twice a week.  May include some support work too if I'm feeling up to it.

For progression, I'm winging it. :D   Dragon Flags will be basic sets/reps followed by negatives.  Back Lever I'll try opening my hips first, then straightening one leg, then the other.

That looks like an ambitious challenge, but we have come to expect that from El Hazardo. ;)

And yep, I like dragons, too. Always a soft spot for them. :)

Hahaha first thing the dragons and helmet reminded me of is that npc in WoW that keeps shouting "DRAGON!" in Ungoro Crater.

Subbing for the awesomeness (and hopefully I can keep up with the posts this time around lol).

I never played WoW. :(   All the mmo nerd references I might know would come from free-to-play games.  Though I haven't even looked at what's out in free games either since my pre-Level 1 Tutorial challenge.  NF is the best game I've ever played. :D
