May include some support work too if I'm feeling up to it. For progression, I'm winging it. Dragon Flags will be basic sets/reps followed by negatives. I never played WoW. All the mmo nerd references I might know would come from free-to-play games. Though I haven't even looked at what's out in free games either since my pre-Level 1 Tutorial challenge.
