SidderK's 3rd Challenge

Hi Everyone!

 

This is my 3rd challenge hoping that I don't fail it like I did with the other two.  This time I will take it easier than before.  

 

Goal:  Run from my house to the bus station without stopping.  The distance is about 1.3 miles.  To some, it may seem nothing but I've been sick the past year so I'm taking it really really easy. 

 

Steps:  1)  I will jog about 2-3 times a week.

            2)  Yoga 2-3 times a week to stretch out muscles.

            3)  Eat 3500 calories a day.

 

Life Challenges:  Read a book: Currently reading "Howl's Moving Castle" by Diana Wynne Jones

                           Take the exit exam to pre-calculus to take calculus.

                            Record a mix.  Any suggestions on music?

 

I think this is good enough for this challenge.

I've never read Howl's Moving Castle, but I loved the movie!

What are your current stats that you want to eat so much?  Not saying it's a bad goal, just hard to quantify without context.  For example, I'm 5'6 and 150lb, so 3500cal is almost double my required intake.
