Lol Not much to say other than than it is one hell of a cardio workout, and my goal to be to make it through it by the end of the challenge with NO breaks. Onward and forward! I was wondering because I have a home gym, but no pull up bar and was trying to find a good substitute to work my way up to randomly being able to show my bada$$ery on park monkey bars! Yes, and I think the pull downs are a good start, but I'm also doing those because I currently have nothing to do pull ups on and no nearby park.There are also some good weight exercises like rows that will strengthen the back for preparing for pull ups. Weight amounts are low in comparison, but then there are a lot more reps than I usually do. (Oh, gosh I'm gonna be feeling it tomorrow.) Lol, I'm sure your handwriting is fine. With texting and email and computers, there isn't a lot of need for handwriting anymore. But, I am still a bit old school. I have an obsession with writing things down on paper, lol. My wife says worse than my daughter in kindergarten, so definitely not worth the battle. Awesome job on the workout!
