Group A: It begins at home - Brasil The best exercises pit you against yourself. I'm going to follow the Primal Blueprint for fitness. This means dialing it down a notch from the last challenge in frequency but not intensity. Focusing on the basics: pushups, pullups, squats, and planking. Group B: Championship material - Spain Champions can out-run their opponents. The Primal Blueprint says we need to sprint so sprinting will be done. There will also be a low intensity run and lots of walking. Group F: Naprijed Bosno Ljubavi moja - Bosnia How do you say, "Beat Argentina/Iran/Nigeria!!" in Bosnian? I don't know and that's shameful. I should speak more of my partner's language given how long we've been an "us". Learn at least 5 new Bosnian words a week. Preferably non-swear words, but let's see how the first match goes. Group G: The Group of Death - USA We got a tough draw with Germany, Portugal, and Ghana. I'm going to need an outlet for the stress. Enter yoga. I am going to try not to send all of my evenings in front of the tv watching the world cup, but it could happen. Good luck to Bosnia and the USA. Do you have a plan for which words you are going to learn? I got a book of the 2000 most used words in German and found it very motivating to know that I am definitely learning common and useful words. I've been keeping up with the goals just fine but I am utter crap at logging! I have World Cup Brain and also started in a new role leading a team at work. So....there isn't much of a window to get in non-work screen time as I ramp up with the new assignment. Massive game of Paleo Approved Ketchup here...
