Quidditch Round 2 (Push-ups)

Hufflepuff has 2 Keepers assigned, Arya and Aoife.  One should be a Chaser I think.

1) Is it already too far into the game for others to join?

2) Should we post video of us doing the push ups?

3) Wait, so it's based on a daily count or the weekly AMRAP? Sorry if these have already been asked.

4) The main reason I ask is because even after the one minute AMRAP I've had 10 minutes cool down and feel like I could do another 100. I don't want anyone to think I'm just making up asinine numbers lol.

5) Okay, so it's how many I do divided by AMRAP. Got it. I'll start writing it down.

 

First 1 minute AMRAP, 101 standard push-ups.

 

1) Only if you have a problem with Slytherin.

2) Only if you want to, it is not required.

3) You weekly (M-F, so it should not include an AMRAP typically) total is divided by your AMRAP/60s max. It is an equalizing function to make all skill levels and types equal. I would prefer if that test was preformed weekly, but that is not required.

4) Have you ever hear of the term of Gunner as applied to medical students? Go right ahead.

5) Yes.

Just a question to ask, do we update the sheet daily or weekly?

Your choice, but sometime Saturday should be a latest. Daily has been ruled better for motivation through competition though.

GhostFace could you stay away from advertising your youtube channel please?

You can link it in your signature, but it feels a little like those youtubers who post under a video just to advertise a page or product.

I would prefer not to see that here on Nerd Fitness too.

This is for fitness and motivate each other, not for advertisement.
