How are you feeling so far? I'm a bit haggard lolthesquatrack.com has my volume for last week at a bit over 106k pounds moved not counting any warm-up. Yours is probably higher. I've been eating a lot more, sleeping a lot more. Doing a lot more foam and lax ball rolling.
