A lot.In fairness, I've had the s2, s3, ace iix, and the captivate glide. The whole reason I didn't get an s4 when I got my Xperia was cause I wanted the better camera.*bartlegiggles*Today's overhead press day. There'll definitely be some bartle giggling.AND you got to DL and row?My god... it's like Valhalla thereI love dead lifting and I love rowing. And even though I deloaded both, yesterday's workout was pretty intense.1) the lat activation was phenomenal, so I can get some work rebuilding some apparently lost strength and kill the rounding of the upper back a little.2) I was able to pull the triple at 250 double overhand for the first time ever. I've previously only been good for a single.3) the 280 went up super easy.4) unrelated to the last three, but my weight this morning was 174.9. I also have an emergency battery charger thing in my purse.
