Day 4 done. I set up the L2 video and (in a different window) the 2nd half of the L1 video. L2 was a bit too hard for me. I had to drop my head on one of the exercises and couldn't keep both my feet up on another. I think when I previewed L2, I was looking at a different version...I wouldn't have tried it if I had seen this version :-) 

 

In L1 I realized I wasn't doing the last exercise quite right. I had my elbows bent, so I was able to use more of my arms to support my upper body weight and was really only doing the lower half of the crunch. I'll straighten that out for Wed!
