Xena Posted August 25, 2014 Report Share Posted August 25, 2014 Day 11 done. I did level 2 this time and just had to modify one of the exercises. Depending on the version you are doing, there's a flutter kick thing that I think is really really hard. I can only do about 5 reps at a time with that one and then have to sub in something easier for a few reps (like just fluttering one leg or kicking from the knee and putting my foot down). I did some sprints today, no problem, pushups and pullups no problem. Situps aggravated it though. I was doing a hanging ab exercise and afterward my neck started hurting and I cant turn my head all the way to either side without hurting.
