training tips here:

 

Skipping

- skip on the wood part of the platform and listen for the rope to hit the floor twice 

- keep my wrists low, don't the arms come up

- as you go for the double under speed up your wrists and move them downwards as they turn not upwards, this makes the rope length longer rather than shorter so you don't have to clear the ground as high

- jump directly upwards with straight legs don't raise your legs (I skip like a schoolgirl in a playground :lol: )

a skipping rope

Rocktape G-loves (for pullups and kettlebells)

Rogue Wrist Wraps (general support, especially Oly lifting)

Rehband Knee Sleeves  Got these recently, they are awesome. Warm up your knees quickly and give some extra support for squats.

Wow haven't posted in here for a long while.

 

Been a rough year and I'm still fighting for survival at times, found this beautiful positive song today which I really like.
