Sabretooth-Kitty's Trip Through Westeros

Hello Everyone, and welcome to the much awaited journey through Westeros.

 

Main Quest: Lower Body Fat % - currently 23.1% on my body analyser scales, I know that won't be 100% accurate but from what I've read I should be able to use it to measure fat loss

 

Quest 1: Start Tyrion's trip from Castle Black to Winterfell, aiming for 10km per day

Measurement: A = > 420km, B = >400km, C = >380km

Reward: A = +3 STA, +2 DEX, B = +2 STA, +1 DEX, C = +1 STA

 

Quest 2: Weight train twice a week, I will need to do this seated due to my condition but I've found some seated exercises that seem doable

Measurement: A = 12, B = 10, C = 8

Reward: A = +3 STR, +2 CHA, B = +2 STR, +1 CHA, C = +1 STR

 

Quest 3: Work on core muscles 5x a week (this could just be situps before bed, etc but that's a lot for me)

Measurement: A = 30, B = 28, C = 26

Reward: A = +3 CON, B = +2 CON, C = +1 CON

 

Life Quest: Nearly complete Mum's birthday present, I'm making my Mum's present this year and it's going to take a lot of work to have it done by her birthday, so the aim is to have it 90% complete by 7th September.

Measurement: A = 90%, B = 80%, C = 70%

Reward: A = +3 WIS, B = +2 WIS, C = +1 WIS

Me too!!! I've printed out a map of the north of Westeros so I can mark out my progress.

 

Yeh sorry it took so long I had A LOT of medical tests done over the past couple weeks so coming on here has been low priority.

Day 1-5:

 

Body Fat % - 23.1

Upper Body - 1/12

Core - 1/30

 

Unfortunately I can't stick to my paleo diet at the moment as I've been asked to eat gluten again so that I can be tested for Celiac disease, but I can get right back to it after the test on Tuesday :)

Haha that's so awesome! I'm just about to properly update with how the biking is going, it hasn't been easy as in the last week or two all the medical stuff has slowed me down substantially :(

Day 6-12:

Core - 4/30 +3

 

Unfortunately all my medical tests and being made to feel worse by having to eat gluten again for a celiac disease test meant I wasn't able to exercise much and most of what I've accomplished in the last week has been today, but I'm confident I can get back to my usual pace :)

Haha if I can make it to Winterfell by Winter I will definitely be happy, I worked it out to be 1055.6km from Castle Black to Winterfell based on a rudimentary measuring system I've used with the knowledge of the wall being 100 leagues. If I manage half of it this challenge that'd be epic I think :)

I've started properly weight lifting and feel amazing for it!! Also I've started to eat more, I realised I wasn't eaten enough compared to how much I was burning off so I'm starting to see a change in my body already in just a few days :)

Day 23-26:

 

Body Fat % - 21.2

Upper Body - 7/12 +1

Core - 16/30 +3

 

I need to start posting on here more often again. How is everyone doing?

 

My current plan is a 6 day cycle of the following and I'm also following a gluten free IIFYM diet (If It Fits Your Macros) has any or is anyone doing a similar diet?

 

Day 1: Upper Body

Day 2: Lower Body

Day 3: Rest/Cardio

Day 4: Upper Body

Day 5: Lower Body

Day 6: Rest/Cardio

 

Rinse and repeat. I have a mix of upper and lower exercises that are used on the different days in the cycle (which is why it's a 6 day cycle rather than 3 day cycle). Any thoughts?

Hello again! :) So close to halfway through your Westeros journey already! Where are you on the map?

Tapatalk has no idea what I'm doing.

I'm not very far from the wall really... Westeros is tooo huuuuuuge, it's over 1000km from the wall to Winterfell by my reconing, but I have a map and I'm going to highlight how far I've come and post it tomorrow I think, was going to tonight but I'm feeling extra laaaaaazy :P
