Dear Amura,

I just came by to tell you that every time I read one or your posts I just imagine it in the voice of the little wormy buddy from labyrinth. Seriously. That is who you are to me.

Keep rockin gurl/labyrinth wormy.

OH Press*

20 x 5

 

 

*The squat racks were full when we got there so we had to substitute with the Smiths machine. Then we ran out of time so I just demo'd the deadlift & OH press for Amanda.
