El Exorcisto
Hop on the Youtubez and check out "So You Think You Can Bench?" It's put out by EliteFTS and will get you squared away with setup and leg drive. You are rocking forward in your squat as you come out of the hole. Try driving your elbows down and forward to arch out instead of letting the bar drag you around. I suck at front squats, so I'll let someone better come in and tell you what's up. wildross
The bench looks very solid, though you need to work on getting all the way down to your chest on each rep. Elbows look like they are in. I personally don't arch and think there is a lot of progress to be made before you need to worry about that...On the front squat, are you crossing your arms? The bar looks very far from your body. Good elbow position though.Sent from my SM-P905V using Tapatalk Quote Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons. Right now it's more about development and ROM. The bench looks very solid, though you need to work on getting all the way down to your chest on each rep. Elbows look like they are in. El Exorcisto
Benching with flat feet limits the amount of arch you can put yourself into. By arching to some degree you get a feel for lat engagement and scapular retraction. Both of those things will keep your shoulders healthy over the long haul. Benching with an arch isn't exclusively to limit range of motion. It's about getting tight. El Exorcisto
Watch Lilly's bench tips video. He is benching flat footed but still has an arch from contracting his lats and scapular retractors. I personally can't feel tight on the bench with my feet flat on the floor.
