I have just finished my homemade 10 week program to kick off my fitness journey :pirate: . I started the new phase on Saturday where I alternate the beginner body weight workout with the c25k program and just do some yoga on Friday to rest and keep from getting too stiff.

 

I also re-built my bathroom last week. My Mom and I stripped out everything but the bathtub all the way down to the subfloor and studs and replaced it with new. It took 3 days working flat out 10 hours each day but we got it done.

 

My next plan is preparing for the zombie apocalypse by setting up a place to keep a couple of hens so I have a reliable source for free range eggs everyday.
