Practiced forward dislocates and finished with 10 x rear dislocates. Don't seem to have dropped in this area, slowly progressing. Foundation 1 - Force Attunement: 3- Side Lever - PE2 & iM (Week 6)- Front Lever - PE6 & iM (Week 6)*- Straddle Planche - PE5 & iM (Week 6)- Manna - PE6 & iM (Week 2)- Hollow Back Press - PE3 & iM (Week 5)- Rope Climb - PE3 & iM (Week 10)* *sets were broken - elected to stop once PPT (rounding in lower back) fell apart, rest briefly, then continue until hitting the required reps for the set. - Rope Climb was unbroken until the last set - then got to 5 reps before taking brief sets of 2 then 2 then 1. - 5 Minutes in the squat position.
