I hereby challenge wovercast to a 10 day tracking PvP!


 


Who: This is a closed PvP, we're head to head on this one big boy...if you're man enough to accept that is, daffodil.  :tongue:


What: Who can track the greatest percentage of their food intake.


Where: Umm at your house or wherever you eat things!


When: The last 10 days of the current challenge, starting Friday 29th August, finishing Sunday 7th September


 


The reward:


Loser must publish the following on the winners thread:


- A proclamation of the winner's amazing tracking powers and general awesomeness


- An amusing gif related to their crushing defeat


- A recipe for a delicious Paleo/Primal meal they have cooked

Terrible weigh in today from a BF% perspective, back up to 20 :(

 

I've paid for my lack of exercise and not paying enough attention to diet, this opportunity to crush you has come at just the right time!

I'm tracking well and what an eye opener it's been, 4300 cals yesterday!! 2400 today. I knew I was consuming a lot but this is way over what I thought....going to be see measuring going on next week.

Well, better than no tracking at all, so still an improvement.  BBQ's are tough, there's usually lots to pick on. 

 

I've got a secret strategy but now I'm ahead I can let you in on it :) I cooked up a roast joint yesterday and a batch of sweet potato then weighed it out into a few portions, pre-tracking FTW! :D I've also been working on getting some pre-calculated options for meals sorted out so I know what I can go to if I'm out of ideas. Trying for 3 x 500 cal meals + 2 x 150 cal snacks. 

 

Tracking is revealing some major cracks in my counting estimates too, I've been having a cup of pistachios with a beer and thinking the nuts are about 300 cals, try 900! Oops! No doubt about it, tracking is the most consistent way of dropping fat. 

 

Only 6 days to go, hang tough!

I'm still taking names at 100% :tyrannosaurus:  Last couple days have been around 1800 cals too :)

 

How you been going last couple days? Feeling cold cowering in the shadow of my awesome yet? :tongue::lol:

It's hardest when you don't cook it yourself. I've had to ask my wife to note the ingredients and I put them into mfp as raw ingredients. Restaurant meals are tough too. I fell off the wagon a bit tonight too, 90% today.

I also had a cheeky weigh in this morning! Down half a kilo but been a bit naughty on the diet tonight so will weigh in again on Sunday and see how I did. It's the weekend, stay focused! Also start looking for gif's and writing out that recipe! As you can tell I'll be gracious if I win....!!

I've also got knee issues, finally got a referral to a specialist but got to wait until mid November for an appointment :(
